Jermaine E. Whiteside is a doctoral candidate at Liberty University, pursuing an Ed.D. in Christian Education with a concentration in Next Generation Ministry. His work operates at the intersection of faith, governance, and emerging technology, with a focus on developing ethical frameworks for leadership, education, and institutional design in the digital age.

Core Research & Practice

As an applied researcher, Jermaine develops frameworks that integrate Christian leadership principles with modern systems thinking, including artificial intelligence governance, educational innovation, and community-based development models. His research emphasizes accountability, stewardship, and ethical decision-making in both ministry and organizational contexts.

He is the architect of the Faithful Intelligence™ framework, which explores how faith-based principles can guide the responsible development and application of artificial intelligence in education and leadership systems.

Jermaine serves as:

• Senior Pastor of Anointed Connect Church Inc., a hybrid digital ministry focused on next-generation discipleship and leadership development
• Founder of Anointed Connect Academy, an emerging education platform integrating faith, technology, and academic preparation
• Founder of EWTECHNERD LLC, providing digital infrastructure, education systems, and technology strategy

He is also the Founder of E-Vision Project Development Corporation, a South Carolina–licensed general contractor and construction management firm specializing in housing, healthcare, and technology-integrated infrastructure. Through E-Vision, Jermaine has led initiatives that bridge public-private partnerships to deliver mission-driven development projects.

Jermaine also leads several transformative initiatives:

Legacy + Governance Work
